Introductions
Let me just introduce myself a bit. I'm a medical doctor who's had a keen interest in nutrition since I was 10 years old. I'm also a traveler, a musician, a traveler, an adventurer a selective extrovert with friend's all over Sweden, Europe and the rest of the world. Now I'm adding blogger and youtuber to the list.
I don't really have time for cooking, but it seems like it's almost impossible to eat the healthiest food without actually making an effort on your own. Also, since I've been studying to become a doctor for such a long time as well, I've had to be selective about what I was buying, due to monetary reasons.
Therefore, the food here that we will cook will be:
1: Healthy
2: Easy
3: Cheap
That will be our mantra. There is no reason why you, or anyone else couldn't follow along. Under those premises, anyone could join in.
So join me as I discover new simple recipes that will boost your health, stave off the diseases of old age and keep you young and fresh as long as possible.
